Once a project has saved or submitted, the Project Creator can return to edit it. In addition, once a month he should also add Project Updates to inform his Patrons of his project’s progress.
Edit a Project
1) Log into your Dashboard, and click the MY PROJECTS menu item. This will display all your past and current projects on the Site.
2) Hover your cursor over the project you wish to edit. (In the example below, we will edit “Test Successful Project”.)
Hovering over a project will cause four icons to appear superimposed over the project’s Featured Image.
Next, hover over the leftmost icon of a pencil-on-paper. This makes a tooltip appear with the text, “Edit Project”.
Click the pencil-on-paper icon.
3) The editable project page will appear in the Project Creator’s Dashboard. The creator can now edit the page as he likes.
4) Upon completion, the Project Creator should scroll down to the bottom of the editable project page and click the navy UPDATE button.
Add a Project Update
1) Follow Steps 1 – 3 from the previous section.
The PROJECT UPDATES textarea will appear between the FAQ textarea and the FEATURED IMAGE section.
2) Don’t forget to click the navy UPDATE button at the bottom of the editable project page to save your PROJECT UPDATE.
